Professor Alexander J. Bělohlávek delivered his speach on the prestigious international conference on insolvency and restructuring by IBA (International Bar Association) in Montréal / Canada in June 2022.

The 27^th annual prestigeous insolvency and restructuring conference by IBA (International Bar Association)  was held on 13 – 14 June 2022 in Montréal, Canada on  „Global Insolvency and Restructuring Conference – New frontiers and challenges for international restructuring and insolvency“. Professor Bělohlávek was honoured to may chair the section „Intersection of regulatory/public policy and debt obligations in an insolvency proceeding – who takes priority?“.
