The international conference by International Court of Arbitration in Affiliation with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic was held in Bishkek, the capital city of Kyrgyzstan on 30 September 2022 on “Arbitration And Mediation: New Challenges And Solutions“. Professor Bělohlávek was honoured to may deliver his speach „Abuse of Arbitration and Significance of Public Policy (ordre public)“, resp. „Злоупотребление арбитражем и значение публичного порядка (ordre public).“
