Professor Alexander Bělohlávek, Managing Partner of our law firm, has been the editor in-chief of the renowned CYIL – The Czech Yearbook of International Law® for more than 13 years, together with his co-editor, professor Dr. iur. Naděžda Rozehnalová, CSc. from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University (Brno, Czech Republic). The publisher of the yearbook, a Dutch publishing house Lex Lata B.V. seated in The Hague, has in the meantime also announced the key topics for the next two volumes. The forthcoming topics are thus Limits to Enforcement of National Interests for the XIVth edition (2023) and Force Majeuire, Restrictions and Sanctions for the XVth edition (2024).
